1. Who We Are

PharmaDash is a trading name operated in the United Kingdom. We provide a web-based platform for NHS community pharmacies to upload and analyse their NHSBSA Schedule of Payments (FP34) data.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect the following data: your name, email address, pharmacy ODS code and address (provided during registration), your uploaded FP34 PDF files and the financial data extracted from them, and basic usage data such as login times and IP addresses.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the PharmaDash service: displaying your payment data in an interactive dashboard, enabling month-on-month comparison, and managing your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as required for payment processing (Stripe) or by law.

4. Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/gb/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and uploaded data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to processing, and request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing (bcrypt), HTTP-only authentication cookies, and regular database backups.

8. Cookies
