1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PharmaDash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PharmaDash provides a web-based dashboard for UK NHS community pharmacies to upload, visualise, and analyse their NHSBSA Schedule of Payments (FP34) data. The service is provided on a subscription basis with Free and Professional tiers.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: upload any data that is not your pharmacy's legitimate FP34 schedule, attempt to access other users' data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform.

5. Subscription & Payments

Free tier accounts have a limit on the number of months of data that can be uploaded. Professional tier accounts require a monthly or annual subscription payment processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Billing page; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. Data Accuracy

PharmaDash extracts data from uploaded PDFs using automated methods. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that extracted data is 100% error-free. You should verify important financial figures against your original NHSBSA documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

PharmaDash is provided "as is". We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the dashboard. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
